Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping (a $6 flat rate label is provided at the time of return request)
• A 60% restocking fee is deducted from the refund on all returned items
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

How to request a return

Email thatzonaguy@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps and your return shipping label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

If we made a mistake

If you received the wrong item, wrong size (different from what you ordered), or your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll make it right at no cost to you — no restocking fee, no return shipping charge. Email thatzonaguy@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and a brief description.

Not eligible for return

• Items worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without tags attached
• Items received outside the 14-day window
• Final sale or promotional items (where applicable)
